“Pluses: Timely communications & new apt (2020). Negatives: Renters are cheap - e.g. (1) only roll of tp (we rented for 4 nights), only 1 pod for dishwasher, no laundry soap, no dish cloths - told us to use the small roll of paper towels, no toaster, no spices or condiments, minimal pots & pans (2) it is not a pull out couch, just a wide couch (3) worst part was a plugged shower drain so the water accumulates meaning you're standing in someone else's dirt. Renters were quick to fix it.”

“It is potentially a 5-star property. Wonderful reception area. Absolutely amazing, spacious room, with shower, comfortable bed, TV. Excellent breakfast. My primary issue is that I checked in after 10pm and checked out around Noon. I was never able to use the sauna as a result. I paid double what I could have in Rzeszow in order to treat myself to the Wellness sauna and jacuzzi. But couldn't use it. I've been driving vehicles to Ukraine for a couple of months and was really looking forward to……

“Wi-fi was poor in my room, though they did correct that after I advised them twice. Breakfast was high quality and varied a bit from day to day. On the 2nd floor where I stayed, there were 2 buckets on the floor to catch water leaking. I was able to use the in-house restaurant for a meeting and also able to use the bar to get a drink or snack.”
