“This property is located outside of Cheltenham city center and most rooms (all standard/smaller rooms) are in the basement. Basement has been remodeled and rooms are decent but you’re still in a basement with very little access to natural light or windows. Cleaning personnel were very loud in the morning as well talking to one another.”

“Basic and clean accomodation. Good location for Gloucester Quays. Tea amd coffee making facilities in bedroom. Free wifi. Only downside is door entry system (no key) and my phone was on very limited battery life by end of our night out so was worried about it dying and not being able to locate the door code information. Breakfast area was clean and tidy.”

“The booking coupon was printed that there's shower for bathing room, but actually my designated room was not the case. However, I was upgraded to an en suite. Thanks be to the manager. But, the shower place was so small and the shower head was fixed on the ceiling. There's no movable shower head. It led a bad bathing experience. Anyway, the room was very clean and very comfortable.”
