“What a fantastic place to stay in the centre of Oxford! We stayed in studio Melissa with its double aspect view of the river. How beautiful to wake up to these views in the morning. The shared 'wetroom' was compact but the shower is lovely and the additional heater welcome. The ability to park at the property is a huge bonus.We wouldn't hesitate to book again. ”

“This was an amazing place to stay. If you are looking for an authentic "room above a country pub" experience. This is the place. It does have old pub quirks, the floors arent very level, and the access upstairs is challenging. But the charm of the beams and windows is undeniable. The apartment was beautifully decorated, and if you're into art, this places hums with it. We loved our time here. And its location means its easy to explore Gloustershire and South Wales. ”

“My partner and I stayed in the stone barn self contained unit and it was lovely. the mattress was so soft and we had more than everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. the staff were excellent and the food was great. I would definitely go again either for visiting bath or the surrounding villages, the location is beautiful. The only issue was that there appeared to be a bit of a woodlice issue in the bathroom, the rooms were very clean but they must be finding their way through somehow”

“Small but charming room. Tends to be warm on the rare sunny days, opening the windows helped when there was a breeze. Very nice and courteous housekeeper. Approximately a 5 minute walk to grocery store, 10min to High Street and 25 min to train station. Overall a great stay!”

“The studio is about a 25 minute walk from the train station—easily walkable if you have one rolling bag. Otherwise, cab is convenient and under 10 pounds. Excellent communication re: self check-in. Our unit was atop 20 steps and an ‘attic’ unit with short ceilings on one half, which was a bit of a challenge for us at over 6’ tall. We managed fine, however. The tourist area is about a 15 minute walk away, just down the main road to be in the heart of it all. We didn’t have any issues during our……
