“This house was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway by the lake. The place was clean, cozy, and well-stocked, with a beautiful kitchen, washer, and a great fireplace for chilly nights. “3 families stayed at this property for a baseball tournament. The property was very clean. Mark was great with communicating with us. We had one issue with the property description not being accurate as far as how many beds were available. I contacted Mark, he offered a few solutions and corrected the description on VRBO for the future. I would recommend this property.”

“My husband and I booked this stay for our anniversary. It was absolutely perfect! The treehouse was well stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had everything (other than wine glasses) but they did have a wine bottle opener! The cute little extra touches like bottled waters and popcorn were so lovely! “We had a group of seven guys for a golf outing that stayed in this house. We absolutely loved this place. First, the house was immaculate and in great shape. There were enough beds and couches for everyone. The location was great to access Iowa City and the surrounding areas. The hosts were great and check in was seamless.
