“Unable to enter the property, due to "worn out"key. Had to call VRBO many times, got shuffled back and forth. We were in town in plenty of time but because of inability in get in or out of rental missed a get together and dinner. Finally someone arrived to give us a working key at 8PM, check-in was 4PM. The gentleman that "fixed" the key issue lived in Florence! VRBO totally dropped the ballon this one!”

Extremely disappointed in Vacasa service who said they would resolve issue, but never heard from them again during my week stay. Had to buy my own coffee mug, despite coffee maker in house. ”

“This place was amazing! I travel to Florence for work and have stayed at a lot of vacation homes, and this ranks in my top choices. I loved sitting on the porch catching the last rays of run as at the end of the day, and the beds were so comfortable and cozy it was hard to get out of them!
