“Great Host & Great location!”

“Perfect for a few nights stay. I was alone but 2 guests would work as well. Communication was excellent. It was very quiet the whole time I was there. The high speed internet allowed me to get my work done for school easily. Check in and check out were seamless. The power unfortunately went out for about half a day but it stormed during the middle of the night and the whole neighborhood was out for a little while. Everything exceeded my expectations. Would definitely stay here again. The price……

“Loved the vintage style”

“First, the view from the second floor deck down the river is beautiful. The apartment we stayed in was comfortable and clean. The AC works great and keeps the apartment nice and cool. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, plates and utensils we needed. The interior of the unit is bright and airy with lots of windows letting in the light.We would definitely stay there again.”

“Great location while working on Harbour Island, will stay again. There does need to be a broom on site to sweep the floor after crazy storms. ”

“What an amazing suite! Has everything you need, the shower was incredible. Well designed, perfect for two. I could hear the host lightly taking through the wall since it is attached to their home, I believe a renovated garage but if you don’t mind that, you’ll forget where you are for awhile! Neighbor hood wasn’t a 5 star but I’d stay again because the designer topped the cake with the interior decoration. ”

“The property was perfect for our needs. We attended a country concert Friday and downtown Tampa on Saturday. The location was perfect and all the basics were covered at the property. A clean safe place to sleep and shower. The communication with the host was great!”
