“had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. A special thank you to Mimi—she was incredibly kind, helpful, and always had a warm smile. “If I was local I'd support this hotel. Afternoon staff are fantastic and go above and beyond to help patrons. The contract cleaning staff do not clean properly, that's the only down side. We'll be coming back to stay on our next trip.”

“Excellent accommodation with very large room. Extremely clean and one of the best beds I have slept in at a hotel stay. Like new bathroom facilities, soap shampoo, and conditioner. The only negative, entrance is on a busy road and if you miss it, little time consuming to get back to. Just need to make sure you slow down to get it right.”

“Bed was comfy , could have used a blanket but we just turned the heat up . Breakfast was more than adequate especially as it was included. Staff were lovely. A bit of traffic noise but I still slept well.”

“Overall a nice stay, friendly staff, clean room and location is perfect! Pity that construction continues to happen at night during our six days stay, quite noisy at night. ”

“The room faced Prospect St and Jame Ruse Dr which suddenly started to have some road works from late night till morning on the first night after we checked in. There was a lot of noisy hammering. Luckily the duty staff (Bevin) moved us to another room for some sleep and on the next morning, the manager found us another room facing a quieter street. The room was very clean and equipped with all essential utensils for the kitchenette. Staff at the front desk were helpful. They helped me print some……
