“I booked this unit in June for a weekend and was so impressed I HAD to book again when I came back to visit family. “To begin with, check in was at 3. The owner called and asked when we would arrive. We thought with all the traffic it would be around 6. We ended up getting there around 4. We could not get in the place. Come to find out it hadn't been cleaned yet. The Title says Luxury. It was far from that. The table and chairs you see in the pictures were not there. “The owner was a very poor communicator. I did not get a response for three days prior to the rental when questioning about amenities. I only heard from her a few hours before check in. The check in process was difficult. She sent the code separate from the instructions. The code was for the back, not the front. It was very confusing.
