“To begin with, check in was at 3. The owner called and asked when we would arrive. We thought with all the traffic it would be around 6. We ended up getting there around 4. “The owner was a very poor communicator. I did not get a response for three days prior to the rental when questioning about amenities. I only heard from her a few hours before check in. The check in process was difficult. She sent the code separate from the instructions. The code was for the back, not the front. It was very confusing.
