“The perfect mountain home for a relaxing getaway! The proximity to the Front Royal Entrance to the Shenandoah National Park and the town was a plus! We saw deer (with a baby), rabbits, and tons of beautiful birds on the property.The house is nicely updated with all the amenities one could want. “The home was perfect for our quick family getaway. It was just as pictured, very clean, and had everything we needed. I think our favorite part of the whole trip was hanging out in the backyard on our last night - the big maple tree provided so much shade in the hot afternoon and the string lights were a nice touch while we made s'mores in the firepit at night. There's a great paved and divided pedestrian trail across the street that was perfect for taking the dog out for a walk in the morning……

“It was a great stay, lovely property with gorgeous views of the surrounding fields, amazing sunset views from the front porch, and not a neighbor in sight. The hot tub and fire ring were welcome features to end our days with. Proximity to main roads, Luray Caverns, and Shenandoah was a huge plus. Rating 5 stars because everything was exactly as advertised and the property was very clean with updated fixtures. We could have done with a more comfy couch and maybe a smart tv, but understand rural……

“The cabin is as depicted in the listing. Atmosphere and views were great. Charcoal and firewood was provided. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals during our stay, but some of the cooking utensils could be replaced.Plenty of linens and towels. Could have used an additional roll of toilet paper.”
