“Definitely enjoy a perfect onsen experience here, the hotel provide shuttle bus service anytime and all the staff are polite and helpful, the environment is great and the public bath and the rest zone are very good and surprised me ! A lot of free ice cream and fruits , there a massage sofa too! Really amazing experience here!!!!! The breakfast and dinner really make me feel amazing !!!! Strongly recommend!!!!”
"The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located, a few minutes walk from the station. Minoh waterfall is nearby. The infinity onsen offers an amazing city view. The morning and dinner buffet feature a wide selection of food.
However, the hotel is a bit worn out. There are too many people especially in the restaurant. Too crowded."
