“The apartment is very clean and well stocked with basic necessities. Gigi was very responsive and kind. There were some pretty noisy neighbors one night but the property felt safe other than that. One downside was the slow Internet as we were trying to work remotely a couple of the days.”

“This property is not as it is sold. It is not a townhome. It is an old apartment complex that does not feel welcoming or safe at all. The code to get into the property didn't work and when I tried to reach out to the management company for support they were like robots not responding at all to my concerns and request for support/refund. To this day, their "manager" has yet to return my calls.”

“This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The whole unit is very clean, beautifully decorated and located in a really safe and nice part of Bakersfield. “Bakersfield was a midway point for our trip from San Francisco to Las Vegas so we were looking for a place to rest and spend the night. We didn’t see any of the city accept for a Walmart where I picked up an order. It was conveniently located. About half way to Bakersfield I realized I booked the wrong date but the host was gracious in letting us stay after working with VRBO on our behalf.
