“The hotel is located at an excellent location, with fantastic views of the Taal Lake and the volcano. The food in the restaurant is great, and the service is generally very good. The nearby area also has many nice places to eat, but they mostly require a little bit of walk. Due to the much cooler weather up there than that in Manila, people flock into the area for the weekends, but that also means the pool may be a bit too cold to enjoy a swim… Overall, I would say it was a very nice stay……
“The hotel, like most of the hotels in Tagaytay, is facing the crater lake. But the international hotel chain has been a great disappointment to me.
First of all, for the time I found my Deposit box in my room is wrong;
secondly, the hotel is very old, air conditioning noise is very serious will let you hard to sleep for the whole night;
finally, encountered two problems so serious, obviously there are other rooms in the premise, and the reaction I they did not mean to change the room.”
“It was good except the service of the person assigned in reception area June 16 2019 in the morning. She looks disoriented and offensive to guest by giving incorrect information instead of checking details beforehand. ”
“This place is serene, clean, and staff are accommodating and friendly. The massage is highly recommended. I would love to comeback and stay for long next time. ”
“OYO just reopened after Covid after being sold to a new owner. The new owners don't have a credit card machine, so they only take cash/peso. The TV only has Philippine channels, nothing in English. The internet is not stable and continually freezes up. It should have kept closed until these issues were resolved. ”
