“The hotel is located at an excellent location, with fantastic views of the Taal Lake and the volcano. The food in the restaurant is great, and the service is generally very good. The nearby area also has many nice places to eat, but they mostly require a little bit of walk. Due to the much cooler weather up there than that in Manila, people flock into the area for the weekends, but that also means the pool may be a bit too cold to enjoy a swim… Overall, I would say it was a very nice stay……

“I have read ads about Excelsior a while back but I felt it was too expensive considering its location. This time their price was reduced to a reasonable price so I booked. Other than the fact than parking is separated and there is no walkway to the hotel, all were excellent from well appointed rooms and beddings and very courteous staff.”

“太老舊了，浴室用品非常不全。毛巾的顏色都是灰黑色的,很髒。”

“this is where your money would be wasted! when you come on actual date of your accomodation, they will say that there’s no available unit,then they will refer to other places like azure but you have to pay cash.it’s purely scammed place, totally a waste of time and money.BEWARE!!!”

“While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time. While I understand checkin was 3pm and we arrived around noon, it was fairly disappointing that on an empty hotel they were no able to accomodate us for early checkin which wasn't even early at all. We had to wait until 3pm to be able to check in. The rooms while they are okay they are not as nice as pictured. Also the passage ways are right……

“It was a satisfied journey with the beaches, food and service. We stayed for 3 nights and still feel like taking more days relaxing. The food was really nice as well. However, since we can only stay in the resort for meals, restaurant's menus are the highly similar, and we get tired of having pizzas and pasta last day. And also the food are a bit over price. Also, everything cost extra was a bit unpleasant, i.e. towel rental/ lockers. But overall a very nice experience staying over. Glad to……
