“The property was great. The only problem was check in on Saturday. Our room wasn’t ready until after 5pm. They were very apologetic and said they had trouble with housekeeping. They gave us a $50 voucher for the restaurant and we also had full use of the pool or beach while we waited for the room to be ready. We had an ocean view room on the 5th floor with a nice balcony. The view was awesome. The room was clean, large and had a full kitchen which was convenient. There were plenty of restaurants……

“Royal Palm is a great resort. Located within walking distance to lots of restaurants. Staff is attentive. Would stay here again.”

“Downfall no staff in morning to speak to except cleaning staff. Our last day we had a flat tire and I could not connect with Hertz via phone. Thank goodness a cleaning person who made the call for me. Miss old owners continental breakfast was included. New ones offered one but for additional cost 20 er which seemed expensive for basically bread.”

“I think that more visible garbage disposals should be located around the property. Also, at times you see buggs flying in the room and small centipide worms and ants. Pesticides to keep those insects should be used on a monthly basis due to the wadm weather. ”

“The actual accommodations at the Princess Heights Luxury Boutique Condo are wonderful. The unit we stayed in was roomy and well stocked. The balcony is large and the views were beyond wonderful. The staff is pleasant and very accommodating. Having them bring a Continental Breakfast to our room everyday was a lovely way to start the day. The pool is large but not fancy. There weren't many people there when we were there so there were enough chairs and umbrellas for our use. The pool area would……
