“Very expensive considering that the internet in my room was extra slow, the water was cool and I had to take quick and the staff wasn't all that friendly. I informed them about the slow speed and was told that someone would bring a router to speed up the connection, which never happened. ”

“The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The Room was Perfect and very spacious. It was 10 min drive from the Harram and easy to get to. I Will definitely Book again. Over all I was very happy with this hotel. ”

“The staff were so nice. They let me check in early without hesitation and the staff are so helpful, and friendly. The location is really good. Only few minutes walking distance to the mosque. Rooms are really nice, clean and spacious. There was noise from outside or disturbance around the hotel. The price was really reasonable for a high standard hotel Really enjoyed my stay. ”

“Not bad for a new hotel. Got great prices from expedia. Unfortunately - Quite far from masjid nabawi/Haram so you will need tsxi/transportation every time. (NO SHUTTLE) Cleaning stafff excellent at what they do. Only issue is sometimes even when I left the green light ON for cleaning, the whole day would go by & no cleaning? Idk if it's because I am not in in the room or what. 7.4/10 if I had to rate it overall. ”
