“We stayed there for 13 days. The first 9 days were awesome—great service, perfect location, and a good price! So, we decided to extend our stay by 4 more days. That’s when the problems started. During our first 9 days, the hotel was busy. But after the large tourist groups left, the hotel began turning off the air conditioning at night for the next 3 nights. On the final day, they turned it off in the afternoon and kept it off all night! Every night, we woke up sweating because the temperature……

“Room amenities indicated air-conditioning, but the room does not have air-conditioning. The room was warm and we had to open the window. I took a paper cup to take some tea to my room after our breakfast at the hotel cafe, but a young tall waiter stopped me and told me that the paper cup is only for people who buy takeway. “Great little place close to the metro and restaurants, area is quite local. They had luggage storage. There was no air con so the sleeping pods will probably be pretty hot in the summer.”
