"- Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Even though sometimes English didn't work very well, they still did their best to understand and help.
- It's right at the most popular place. Very easy to access shops and the main sightseeing place.
- Lots of free services, e.g., welcome snacks, ice bars, drinks, laundries.
- Public hot spring was spacious and comfortable. I especially liked their laying bath.
- Dinner and breakfast were well made and delicious. Breakfast may have some crowded time, but except that, everything was pretty good"
