“During my stay at Southern Star Club Hotel, I had an extremely disappointing experience. Upon check-in, the toilet in our room wasn’t flushing properly. I reported it to a staff member, who provided a plunger. Despite my efforts to fix it, the issue persisted. Before leaving for dinner, I informed staff again, requesting it be addressed while we were out. At 4:30 AM, the toilet became completely unusable. Staff returned and spent nearly an hour using a hose both inside and outside the room, but……
