“First and foremost, the communication was incredible. From time of booking to time of check-in, they made my fiance and I feel so welcomed and comfortable to stay. They almost seemed as excited as we were to stay. We had come from FL and I also had to work the same day of travel, so a late night check in was crucial. “We had no hot water the whole stay when I contacted them they took hours to get back to me and let me know that they couldn’t fix it and then say they will give me 35 return for it. Me and my children had to go our whole vacation without a shower this is the worst experience I’ve ever had.”
