“Our family loved staying here. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. It was off the Beaton path. It was 30 mins away from Gaitlinburg or pigeon forge. It was very spacious and clean on the inside. The kids loved the game room and theater room. Overall I would give this stay a 10. ”

“No complaints except for the second floor bedroom. The door didn’t have a way to latch shut nor did it cover the whole door opening. And the bed was not comfortable at all. Other than that, it was great!”

“I made this booking primarily because of the creek in the back. We were spending some timein Gatlinburg on our honeymoon and I wanted to sleep somewhere that had a chance of meeting a Tennessee native brookie. The creek was real nice and full of fish activity when we arrived, I made a few casts but we needed to settle in and eat as it was nearly dark outside and we had traveled a long way to get there. It poured that night and the creek became very high and fast very quickly. We enjoyed our time……

“Adorable little home. Kitchen well stocked. Very clean. Nice yard for kids to play. It doesnt state in the listing that this property is within a trailer park of sorts. This wasnt a problem. Quiet place. Lake was enjoyable to swim but it does have a rick bottom rather than clay so take wayer shies!”

“Combine a rocky check in with the sent code not working, a squirrel issue, bees, littered property and dock, wretched smell throughout home, upstairs bedroom 30° hotter than the remainder of the home, nasty floors, cobwebs, and overall run down state of the home, we refused to keep our children here. Property manager was great and got the ball rolling on relocation. However, we spent the first day of our short 3 day trip in a car and waiting for new accommodations, of which took until 7:30pm to……
