“Very nice house at a good price, very convenient to Dollywood”

“The home was beautiful. On the water and awesome view of Lake Norris. Surrounding neighborhood (1 mile from lake) not as well off. We did contact management about a very bad smell (seemed like septic smell) coming from the first floor restroom. After a couple days maintenance person came out. Told us issue was fixed and smell would dissipate, but it didn’t. We just got used to it, but noticed it each time we left and came back inside. Hope they’re able to fix this for next renters. House could……

“Nice stay”

“Photos of the property were true to the state of the property. The only thing I noticed was the furniture could have used dusting in the living room. Other than that I felt it was a very nice property for the price and location. Very easy to find and close to main attractions. ”

“We had an amazing time with our family, celebrating a birthday and an early Christmas. The farmhouse was perfect, and our host was top notch. I would highly recommend this property. I look forward to using it again.”

“My only complaint is that we did not stay longer! We drove up at night which was a little scary with all the twisty turns and hills in the darkness. When we saw the view in the morning, it was well worth it and you get used to the roads after a little while. It had a really nice fire pit, hot tub and a pool table that was a big hit. I love how simple and cozy it was with plenty for people to do. One of the bedrooms with the bunk beds does not have a door which the kids and teens didn’t complain……

“Great place to stay”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and the home was super clean. Our yorkie loved the fenced in backyard and it was so nice to sit out there with her and rock in the rocking chairs. We couldn’t get over how quiet it was. The host was so nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit the Smokies. ”

“No complaints except for the second floor bedroom. The door didn’t have a way to latch shut nor did it cover the whole door opening. And the bed was not comfortable at all. Other than that, it was great!”

“We stayed 2 nights this last weekend and even through a huge winter storm it was perfect for us. The property is so pretty and there were multiple fire pits throughout. We were upgraded last minute graciously by the owner as someone else canceled in dome 5 which was bigger and had an extra heater. I got proposed to while there so we will definitely be back as this property now holds a special place in our hearts!”

“Very nice, super clean, well equipped house away from the congestion. We enjoyed watching the aquarium. Nice to be able to park under the carport since we had some rain. We would definitely stay here again! ”
