“Room was clean, beds comfortable and aircon excellent But unable to get Wi-Fi in room and nowhere comfortable to sit except on the bed. Pool lovely but no sun loungers. Room was not serviced during our 4 night stay but clean towels were provided on request. Maintenance also came quickly when a curtain pole came down and they also provided a mop at my request because I was frightened of slipping in the wet room. I did not realise when booking that there would not be a separate shower. There……

The room is newly refurbished with complimentary wifi and many TV channels. The location is nice. Pangkor Seafood Cuisine, 7-Eleven, and KFC are just downstairs. 10 mins walk to the beach and 19 to ferry. The service is great! The staff contacted for check-in before arrival. “The room is spacious and clean, good for big family, also able to cook in the kitchen. The big problem is the waiting for lift to going up and down take long time, only 1 lift available and very poor maintenance. Swimming pool poor maintenance and parking lot dark for other side.”
