“酒店內環境和房間都讓人挺滿意，只是酒店的地理位置真要說明一下，對於不是開車直達酒店的旅客真的不太方便，雖然地圖顯示是在新山檢查站旁邊，但附近並沒有比較直接的路線能通往酒店，得繞一大段距離才能步行至酒店大堂，而且那段路程完全沒有斑馬線，拖著行李橫過車來車往的馬路真的挺危險，附近在大型施工還需要經過地盤工地，女性遊客可能需要考慮注意一下。”

“The services from the hotel were excellent. Nearby have lots of local foods as well as a supermarket and fast food joint. However, the downside is the hotel wifi is extremely bad.”

“Very nice & modern hotel with a pretty comfy bed ! However the toilet had a few flies and was abit rusty. The aircon isn’t that cold but there’s a fan to make up for it. Amenities such as dental kit and shower gel were provided which is great 👌 Lastly, at night it can be very noisy due to poor soundproofing. There’s a police station opposite and the siren kept ringing non stop 😔😔”

“入住押金100.女櫃檯服務不好不壞.2人卻只能給一個房卡.遙控器也要另外給(雖然我們不看)隔天要打掃還要拿牌子去櫃檯才會來打掃.整間只給一卷衛生紙(未用完隔天打掃還拿走沒補)一個垃圾桶.2條浴巾.有一小個吊衣櫃卻沒半個衣架.沒有燒水壺.外面有個舊飲水機.是家庭式自己加水的那種.房價1200多一晚卻在B層地下室.無窗.潮濕味.. 退房時是最讓人生氣的.櫃台沒半個人.叫半天等半天.後來一個女櫃台跟一個男的邊喝飲料邊聊天開心的從外面回來.跟她說check out 看了我一眼.臉臭到不行.一句不好意思都沒有..反倒好像我們妨礙到她..本來前面那些就算了懶得評價.就是因為這個女的實在令人火大....這種員工建議老闆趕緊開除吧!”
