“We booked this hotel because of the hot tub after skilling sore muscles etc. It was not indicated that the hot tub was not in service or hasn't been. We would have chosen somewhere else based on just that. Also, breakfast was paid for at reservation on my card but were charged $50 for breakfast after planning for it to have been included.”

“Me and my fiance came for our anniversary to see Jim Thorpe for the weekend. The Bella Victoria was close enough that we could walk if we wanted, but far enough that we weren't right in the middle of the chaotic hustle and bustle. It was very clean, bed was comfy, and the food in the morning was AMAZING. Naomi made everything fresh, on time, and made sure to work with any allergies we had.
