“This property is well-situated in the neighborhood wherein if you go outside the front door, look right, there's the beach within view, less than a 2 minute walk from where you're standing. It's a gated community, which makes it safe for walking around whenever, which we did a few nights. There is a really good restaurant, El Rancho, about 3 minutes walking distance.
