Beautiful location, very peaceful, private beach.
This property was wonderful, we loved watching dolphins, pelicans, and cormorants right off the porch. The private beach right next to the Sunset bar and grille with live music was perfect. Close to the Apollo Beach Manatee Observatory, nature trail and preserve right around the corner, many other attractions right across the bay. The pool is heated and the hot tub is fantastic. Laundry facilities, conduction hot plate, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster oven, vending machines, coffee Keurig, smart tv, pull out futon, king size bed (very comfortable mattress), and full bathroom were spotless and well maintained. Beach items like chairs, umbrella, fishing poles available. We loved it and will definitely be back soon!

Wonderful Stay
My husband and I spent a wonderful week here. The property was clean and well-kept, and the property manager was accommodating and friendly. The condo owner stayed in contact with me and even gave us some sites to check out. The condo itself was also clean and well-kept, with a great balcony overlooking the water. I loved that; drinking coffee out there in the morning was amazing. There were beach items there for us to use, which was awesome. Although the beach at the resort was closed, the only disappointing thing about our stay. But there was a beach nearby that had been opened after the hurricanes. so we got our beach time in. You can fish outside the room; we caught quite a few species. We even saw manatees and dolphins swimming right by the sea wall. Overall, we had a great stay, and I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice relaxing area near the water.

Quaint getaway
This was a cute little condo. We had 2 littles and 2 adults it was just the right size. We were a little disappointed about the beach not being swimmable, but it was still a great location. Very quiet and serene. The property manager was so nice! Our girls loved seeing all the little lizards and tiny frogs around. We enjoyed both restaurants on the property and the little playground.

I’ll start by saying that I had a few family issues come up after I had already booked the place, Jeanette was very very helpful to let me know that she had a few options for me if I wasn’t able to make the trip, which was very relieving, but we was able to make the trip ! As a single mother traveling with my children, I was a little nervous, but she did everything she could possibly think of to make it as cozy as I could imagine. We stayed for a week, there was plenty enough dresser room for us & closet space as well! I loved that she had a little stove top along with a fridge, microwave, crockpot , plenty of dishes , honestly, plenty of everything. ☺️ Everyone around was so very nice. I absolutely loved that she stayed in contact with me months prior to our arrival, & she was only a text/call away for any possible questions I had. The view of the river was amazing, we even got to see dolphins playing in the water, one specific one kept coming up to the side where we were sitting & the kids got to watch it do a couple little flips & showed us their tail. The beach was very much in walking distance as it was right behind us, great for the kids, just remember that it is at the bay , so it’s not as clear as some other parts of the ocean, but there is also beaches that are pretty close that we got to drive to & enjoy. She also had a chest of beach necessities if you wanted to use them! Just want to express how much I appreciate her for being so patient & kind. We will be back!

Jeanette was a great host. We experienced a small issue when we arrived (absolutely no fault of Jeanette’s) and I informed her of the issue. Our issue was resolved quickly by the property manager. Excellent communication and response. The pool was great and not crowded at all. We saw dolphins multiple times from our balcony. Great resort and views.

The property was perfect for us as a couple. It is as described and was comfortable and offered what we needed and then some. Beach towels, umbrellas, and a beach bag was appreciated. Contact with the host was stellar and a vase of fresh cut flowers was a wonderful added touch. The property is in an area with easy access to 2 restaurants, 2 pools and a marina with excursions available. We were able to view manatee and dolphins from the balcony. Definitely would return.

Great stay!
This condo was great for me and my 11 year old. It had all that we needed, even pool toys and beach towels. The view from the balcony was great. We saw boats and dolphins going by right from our window. Loved the beach! It’s not big, but the sand is soft, water is clear and you get a majestic view of St. Petersburg on the horizon. If you are looking for a place to unplug and get away from your busy life, this is it. Right next to the beach is a restaurant with great food and drinks. The area offers a ton of activities: boat tours, snorkelling, kayak rentals, etc. We will be back.

I saw dolphins daily. I loved the ease of check in. It’s right on a little beach but away from most tourists and traffic. It was a short drive to St Petersburg, Tampa and Sarasota so there is plenty to do while being away from the city. I felt safe and had everything I needed and more. All beach equipment was there. Fantastic Find
Wonderful sunrises, clean comfortable room with everything you could need for fun in the sun. Location is close to many places to explore but is far enough to be quaint and peaceful. And yes, you will see dolphins at play from the patio. We already want to do this again.

We had a wonderful stay in this VRBO unit, an efficiency apartment in a beautiful bayside resort. The unit was very clean, well-lighted, smelled good, and tastefully decorated. It had clean, plentiful linens, cooking equipment with dishes and utensils, a coffee maker, a good-size fridge, and a nice TV. Super comfy bed and futon. The place was quiet. Beautiful, breathtaking sunrises over the water to enjoy with your morning coffee on the balcony. Gorgeous pool right on the water accessible with key fob. Nice little beach area with equipment rentals. Good gym/workout area accessible with key fob. Pier for fishing. Fishing charter boats and dolphin tour boats are also on the property. Nice playground for kids. The restaurant near the property is wonderful, and their prices are very fair. You can't beat the live music and sunset view from the restaurant, with St. Petersburg twinkling in the distance as the sun sets over Tampa Bay. It's a rare treat to enjoy the sunrise and sunset right from your "home". Extremely responsive and thoughtful host. We are already checking our calendar for a return trip to this specific unit. Thank you for everything.
