"The hotel was very nice central to where I wanted to be. The purifier is loud and the fridge made a high pitch sound so I had to unplug it. And, I still havent received a copy of my bill which I need!"

"This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go ..."
