Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. “We had an awesome time at the Palmetto resort and spa! Best stay we have had in a while. There are resort fees and you have to pay for parking but we were notified up front and was a secret! We had the best time at the resort beach club and kid friendly for our 2 year old! There was no place we would have rather stayed. Resort was clean and spotless! Joshua makes the best Espresso Martini I have ever had! ”
