“Loved the spacious room! A little dated but very clean. Bed room shower did not have hot water! Thankfully there was a second bathroom! Did not like the fact you had to go to a different desk to get your parking pass only to hassled to talk you into a 2 hour seminar to get you to buy vacation time!! Several no’s and still would not stop oniy wasting our precious time!! Avoided the front desk after that using other doors!! Was not there to be hassled about buying into their properties!! “Richard was the ultimate host. Responsive and accommodating. There was a last minute issue with the original unit we reserved and Richard notified us ASAP with a detailed explanation. He then proceeded to move us to the other unit without even asking, which had amazing views of Cranmore mountain. The unit was clean, quiet and in an excellent, centralized location to skiing, shopping and restaurants. We were very pleased with our stay and will be looking into booking again for next year’s trip.”
