“This historic property has been lovingly refurbished into a modern day inn. There are clean,shared bathrooms. The outside porch and sitting areas overlook the lake with fabulous views. The owner was friendly and made home made muffins for breakfast. My only complaint is the noise from the motocyclists during the evening.”

“Inn keeper was so accommodating, gave us plenty of ideas for fun in the Lake Winnipesaukee area, The Ballard House has been featured in the Yankee Magazine, a lot of history. Beautiful back deck with outstanding view of mountains.”

“We loved staying at the farm! The house itself is very clean and cozy. Our kids had an amazing time hanging with the animals and bouncing on the trampoline. The property has so many charming surprises, like the chairs by the brook in the woods and the after dark fairy garden. We would recommend it to anyone!”
