“Rooms are larger than they appear in the photos. Also easy to get back and forth to OSU. Fantastic gluten-free restaurant across the street.”

“I get down to Corvallis periodically with a friend to watch Beaver games (football, baseball, basketball), and we generally stay in a hotel downtown. We won't do that again now that we discovered Mary's property. It was more economical and much more comfortable to stay in. The property was immaculate and offered the 2 of us plenty of room to relax before and after the game. This will be the first place we check when looking for a place to stay when we visit Corvallis in the future.”

“This place was perfect for our stay. We had plenty of space for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and it’s only 5 mins from a major grocery store. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance if you want that option. Parking was easy, the area was very quiet and the unit was clean. We were only about 10 mins from the university which made it easy to visit. We would love to stay here again in the future! ”

“What a quiet and relaxing weekend! Mr Donovan and his property are just truly amazing! We had a lovely stay in this rustic place. Everything was comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook simple meals and just hang out. We enjoyed walking the property and surrounding neighborhood, and I really loved Looking at his pottery shop and talking with Mr. Donovan. We got a kick out of him riding his giant 3 wheeled bike with his dogs! What a friendly, wonderful man! FYI, there’s no streaming……

“We hosted Thanksgiving for our extended family and stayed the night in the cabin. For how large the space was it was cozy. There were some quirky things since the property is set up for weddings. The views were exactly what we hoped for from the PNW!”

“Our stay was exactly what we needed - a peaceful getaway not far from shopping and activities. It was a wonderful experience in a beautiful home. Kitchen had more than most - Keurig, slow cooker, Instant Pot, even an immersion blender, and was thoughtfully stocked with all coffee supplies including sugar, creamer, and coffee syrups, oatmeal, and plenty of spices and other cooking staples. Bathroom had all necessities, including plenty of towels, toilet paper, hair dryer and first aid supplies.……
