“We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The guest house was spotlessly clean, had all the needed amenities for our two night stay, and is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood just a block away from the heart of downtown Winter Garden. If we had stayed longer we could have made better use of the beautiful full kitchen, full size washer and dryer, and the propane fire pit. The covered carport parking was a nice touch to protect our vehicle from the rain during our stay. We will definitely……

“Beautiful grounds and perfect unit for those who are light sleepers. Two separate spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds and bedding and nice kitchenette. Smelled wonderful and very clean upon entry. Each room had their own king size bed and large TV’s. Great location within walking distance to downtown and Lake Dora. Stephen the Property Manger/Owner was very responsive and communicative. Well priced for what you get! Would definitely stay again.”

“Thought the place was exactly what was advertised. Everything was great during our stay. The only negative i would say was not being able to control the air in the unit's. I'm not sure how you go about correcting that but it definitely needed to be cooler at night too sleep comfortably. I ended up staying another night in studio 2 this time. So both studio 1 and 2 were warm at night.”

Instructions for access were clearly communicated, and this place was a very pleasant retreat for our evenings after long days. Only thing missing is there is no pool.”
