“My husband, adult daughter, 2.5 year old grandson and I stayed two nights at this conveniently located house. It is small but functional and comfortable. We had quick, clear communication with the host. We could walk to the waterfront and Capitol Lake. We appreciated having a carport space and there was also street parking. As mentioned in other reviews the beds were comfortable but the bedroom furniture was basic. We found the house to be good value and it suited our needs. ”

“The bed was the most comfortable bed we've experienced with VRBO and the shower was also fantastic. We only used the kitchen for coffee in the morning and were gone throughout the day so the small kitchen amenities did not concern us. The host is a very nice family. “We had a lovely stay at this cottage! Beautiful views and just a quick walk to the beach which I highly recommend taking advantage of. Kitchen is of course on the smaller side so I wouldn’t recommend any super intense cooking like we attempted, but other than that it was just perfect for the weekend we had planned. Host was super friendly and accommodating as well. Thanks for the wonderful stay!”

“The apartment was exactly as pictured. Eveything was great. I was in Lakewood to visit family. We took full advantage of the outdoor spaces including the grill and boat dock.
