“Easy process to check in. The cabin was probably even better than advertised. It had everything we needed for our weekend stay and longer. Really close to 2 state parks. We got to see a deer in the yard our first morning and what looked like a big sea otter running though at night. Highly recommend!!!!”

“Spent a couple getaway days celebrating my husband's birthday. Had a perfect evening canoe ride checking out the immediate area around us, had barbequed burgers and steaks watching the fire and the water! Awesome access to kayaks and trying this with our pup! The camp has a nice set up for our dog to play, stay within view and be able to swim! We loved sipping coffee with all the doors open and taking in the view! Anything we needed was perfectly labeled and we didn't need to bring anything……

My boyfriend love the double spa-like shower and the kind size bed up in the loft is super comfortable. The location was great, very private feeling and cozy inside.”

“The house was very comfy cozy and the beds were amazing. The house had all the essentials just buy food before you get to the island. The only negative was the road/sewer work kept us off the trails to the spit beach but that is not the fault of the owner. ”

It was hosted and curated by an artist, clean, quiet, comfortable, well equipped, full of special touches, and gorgeous. Ray was a gracious and communicative host. When my daughter and son arranged time to join us for our celebration, Ray helped us find equally lovely cabins for them within walking distance. We could have spent our entire stay in the rockers on the porch,……

“I am an 81 year old Florida who grew up on the Olympic Peninsula. I have friends and family here. The week prior to stay was family time with my children and their children. They lead busy lives, so the log cabin was the perfect place to go to chill out, explore or have visitors over. Being a retired engineer I appreciate the quality of work and attention to detail of the home itself. It’s a very relaxing setting. The neighbors are nice. “Everything a family needs under a beautiful canopy of majestic Fir trees. The hot tub early in the morning then an afternoon of kayaking with the local bay seals and an evening of grilling and family dinners with seats for all the kids and baby is all you can ask for in life. This is the definition of Quiet time. We stayed here with 5 kids 10 and under and never felt crammed. ”

“My family and I had a great time at the Harstine Island Cabin. It's in a wonderful location tucked back into the woods for a tranquil, camp like setting. And we loved it's close proximity to the beach. Our family of 3 loved how the loft has been updated and we all comfortably slept up there and left the bedroom open, so it would comfortably sleep more than us.
