“These folks are busy and Vincente still makes a very nice breakfast. The pizza at the truck down the road is a great option for dinner on the terrace. Check out the unusual goats next door and the Spar market has WARM baguettes in the morning across the street. Ask for “Une baguette, s’il vous plait” and enjoy! This lodge was MUCH further than I expected on extremely windy roads from Cannes and through Grasse but it was beautiful. The Val du Saint Thierry has a great farmer’s market on Sunday……

“The hotel is a little paradise that you should not miss on your way to Gorge Verdon. We are so happy that we had stayed there 1 night in our Provence trip. It's surrounded by a golf course with mountain view at back so you can imagine how beautiful it is when at sunset and sunrise. Wake up early and take a walk around the golf course in the morning is a romance experience. The breakfast is excellent, don't miss the home-made yogurt which is thick and tasety.”
