Perfect for a family movie night in the living room.Covered porch was fantastic and the hot tub was very spacious. “My wife and I had a great time on our 1 year anniversary. Quiet and easy to get to. Just make sure your traction is good because once you are up the hill where the stay is, it could be difficult to navigate in the dark with a winding route surrounded by rocks. ”

“Lovely historical house, with all the amenities. Cute general store with beer and delicious breakfast sandwiches. We absolutely love staying here! We are conflicted, we want to keep it our secret little hide away so it stays open for us, but the hosts and house are so amazing we had to leave a good review! 10/10!”

“I booked this property for two nights because I was in my hometown for my 20 year high school class reunion. Several couples were all set to stay. Our first issue was finding the property. Where the map leads you is not where you go, so that was frustrating. A neighbor down the road tried to help us and when we explained where we were going he referred to it as the old abandoned B & B. Little did we know, when we finally found it, it appeared to still be abandoned. It is old, not maintained,……

“This is a unique property that is perfect for a family reunion and for cooking a big meal together. Kitchen has EVERYTHING and beautiful appliances. TWO convection ovens and gas grills, full size freezer in addition to large refrigerator. Perfect for a group of 12 to 14. Wonderful hosts!”

“The views are beautiful. We loved the big wrap around porch and utilized it most of the time. It does have a hillside to get to the firepit which might make it difficult for some. The kids of all ages had a great weekend together. There are many spices to accommodate any meal. It was a much needed family weekend!”

“Visited with wife, kids and parents for a fun-filled weekend exploring Atwood. The house was in a good location with easy access to the lake and local Dock Marina/Restaurant. We enjoyed all the creature-comforts of home. Thank you, Randy!”

“The cabin was adorable but I didn’t realize the two person cabin had no bathroom. We were at the top of the hill and had to drive downhill to the bath house. Would have been nice to have a bathroom at least near our cabin to use at night. Also it was a surprise for the $200 deposit to come out the day before our arrival in addition to what we paid. Everything was clean and nice other than that.”
