“We had a wonderful stay at this Bookabach! The property was quiet, private, and beautifully spacious – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It had everything we needed, including great cooking facilities and reliable Wi-Fi. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and fresh towels, which was a thoughtful touch. A fantastic option for travelling families – we’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others.”

“Clean and tidy house. Lovely location really close to Martinborough. Might be a bit cold in winter because it’s so huge, but there are two open fires as well as heaters, and wood provided so could be nice and cozy too once fired up. Hot tub is an inflatable one and smallish, but still lovely to have. ”

“Large property in a lovely, quiet setting. We stayed with family (four adults; two children). There's a large, well stocked kitchen. The property does need a little care. For example, no working lights in upstairs bedroom, but otherwisefine.”

“Great house - perfect for our large family group, plenty of indoor and outdoor space.Well presented and clean - fantastic kitchen space.Amazing water pressure in the showersOnly minor niggles - the master bedroom bed was too hard for my liking even with a topper pad and the outdoor table only had enough seating for 6 so 2 of our number had to eat at the outdoor lounge sectional”

“Lovely property. Very clean and great location. Great outside area. Would suggest a couple of small improvements - spray and wipe for cleaning down surfaces, more dish cloths and some more shade/privacy in the master bedroom - it looks straight into the neighbours lounge and you don’t want to pull the whole blind down which darkens the room. ”

Very average..

"In general, everything was old. The door lock was rather flimsy hence I don’t feel secure in the room. Water pressure from shower head was low. We stayed for a few days, No replenishment of toiletries or water, need to request and pick up from concierge. The only plus of this hotel is everyone was very courteous, polite and helpful. This is the first and last time we will stay here. "
