The only thing we seems not so clean is the backyard of our room, maybe there wasn't too much people using / went to it, some spider webs were seen at the chairs.”

The location is superb - it's just a 2-minute walk across the road to the lake, yet the motel itself is very quiet and peaceful, away from the crowds at the lakeside. I will absolutely be returning to stay there on my next visit to Taupo.”
