“整體的整潔度很不錯，因為我每天喝水偏多的人，每天的礦泉水補給也很足夠！飯店的櫃檯服務與打掃人員態度也都很好很親和。若有下次出差需求，會再考慮入住的。”

“The room was quite close to the apartment building opposite. I could see the residents' and I felt insecure about it. I wonder if they could see me if I did not draw the curtains. No one picked up the phone when I needed something from the housekeeping. I tried calling the front desk and concierge, no one picked up the phone either. I had to write an email. The duty manager called back afterwards. However the things I requested for came three hours later. ”

“I have been staying in the hotel from May 2-5 in Rm 303 (a Family Quadruple Room; and from May 5-9 in Room 312, which is a single queen's bed room for myself only. For Rm 303, it was extremely small, although in the photo it showed a large room, the air-conditioner was very hot, no matter how we adjusted it, it stayed at 26-28 degree C, the bath room was hot like a sauna room. For Rm 312, the size was a normal single room, but the air-conditioner was extremely cold, I have to keep switching……

“這次在Hotel 81(Premier） princess共住12晚 說中文櫃檯服務人員也聽得懂，入住時有告知二天打掃房間一次，結果是每天都會將垃圾收走換大浴巾放牙刷，二天換一次床單跟枕頭套 垃圾桶只有一個沒辦法將垃圾跟回收的瓶罐分開放 ，我只能將回收瓶罐放在垃圾桶外面，建議垃圾桶可以放二個讓入住客人可以順手將垃圾分類 其他方面都很好 ”

“1. It doesn't worth to pay 210SGD/night for this facility at all. 2. Bad location, next to the junction of highway, whenever the cab coming to pick up or dropping you to hotel, before that, the cab will be facing heavy traffic jam. Especially, recently there is construction work on progress which building surrounding the hotel, also bringing the big noisy during day time. 3. Extremely disrespectful attitude and bad manner from all employee, bad face always when you're asking for anything or……
