“The elevators and walkways could be cleaner and the trash kept outdoors to avoid the bad odors but other than this is was a fantastic place and I will stay again!”

“Great place to enjoy the south end of Sabine Lake and the Jetties! Enjoyed cooking steaks while the guys fished under the lights. We will be back again And plan to stay longer!”

“My daughter was receiving an award and needed space since we were traveling in from Dallas with family. The house is lovely, checkin and communication was good. Plenty of space, perfect for what we needed. Two things to note. Sofa in living room needs to be replaced, back has no support. There is no privacy door for the forth bedroom, open. Lawn could have been mowed for better drive up appeal. Neighborhood was nice, quiet safe .I would rent sgain...but needs”
