“The property was excellent with all the amenities . Provided a really central location to explore activities on the rivers and lochs . At the same time really close to the Courtyard with a walk or paddle to the Ferryman. Overall excellent accommodation which i would book again”

“driving from Dundee was about 15-20mins depending on traffic. The area for parking was restricted but ok. The rooms were comfortable. The shower room is good. good supply of towels. getting into the apartment in the evening was difficult not well lit. No switch to put on the light for the staircase coming from upstairs. staircase and hallway requires cleaning and update. remember to buy all you will require for cooking. we enjoy our stay”

Could definitely make this a base for day trips Close to buses and I walked from the train station when I arrived. "The hotel is too old, size of the room fine, but the washroom is not good enough. The bathtub is slippery and I slipped and hurt my head when I get into the bathtub. Besides, the floor in the bathroom is slippery too. The window in 4/F, half of the window is covered by concrete, the building decoration, no window view. The window in 2/F is fine. The room has high ceiling, but the window is too small. I’ve reserved 2 rooms, but they arranged one in 2/F, one in 4/F. Which makes us inconvenient to take care kids. They should aware it when we made the reservation. "
