“Worst Check-In experience.Front Desk service is very lousy👎.We arrived at hotel at around 8:30pm and there was no “Front desk” in charge.Only the guard & a female hotel personel who doesnt know how to trace our “online booking” was there.We have to wait for more than 20minutes for them to let us check in and have our room. During check out, that was around 6:30am, again there was NO ONE in the FRONT DESK, so again we just leave our Keys there since nobody was there again..It was also “Brown……

“No tissue in the toilet, noisy air condition. Smells like mold. Mirror is had a red spot. There's a bug or mosquitoes flying in the toilet so I had to close the door.”

“This hotel is special. Check-in was fast and we were met by kind employees in the reception. Breakfast was simple, and some hot food was cold and we needed to ask for dishes, spoons etc. The room was dark with noisy aircon. No bathroom tissues (!) and no hot water in the bathroom (!). However it was fixed after a call to the reception. But do they check the room when making the room ready for next guest? I don't think so. Two coffee cups but no electric kettle, so how to make hot water? We……

“While having shower in am water stopped. No consistent warm water while having shower. I booked at Red doorz but they put me in Hannahs hotel. I expected a Red doorz hotel and accommodation and service. ”

“Ése hotel está bajo construcción, estuve que irme urgentemente, solo estuve una noche, tengo fotos, y había polvo donde quiera, había muchísimo ruido, hasta me enfermé, deseo que me reembolsen todo mi dinero a mi tarjeta de crédito, todas las losas del piso están flojas y rotas, no tenía agua caliente y ducha del baño estaba rota, estuve que tomar un taxi y pagar otro hotel mucho más caro fuera de mi presupuesto, me sentí engañado y tengo 80 años de edad, por favor deseo que me reembolsen el……

“I came in early to see if my room was available they were not even able to fill up my reservation until an hour so later even after my check in i still had to wait another 30 minutes after already waiting for about an hour and a half the room that was occupied by someone who allows who hasn't checked out yet. There are supposed to check out by 12 and they didn't get to check out until after 2:30. There wasn't any trash cans in my room so i had to keep asking for them to throw my trash away……
