“The floor feels clean and the bed was quite comfy. But the whole condo development looks run-down and some parts of the unit was very dusty and there was cockroach poop in one of the kitchen drawers. Facilities within the unit was basic.”

“Within 30 minutes of entering, all the residents had a rash. Let the owner refund the money, the owner insisted on no refund. Then recommend his other property and will give us a discount, but he still wants to earn money again on the other property again which the price is the same as the market value. It says air conditioning. There's no air conditioning in any room. This is really bad hygiene and irresponsible owner.”

“We were skeptical about the stay as this is our first time staying at Somerset. It turned out everything was perfect! The location was very convenient and central, just 5 mins walk to Legoland and the medirini mall. We had the 2 room unit and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was such an enjoyable stay! ”

“Had to ask safety guy for code to the appartment since was never shared with us. Kitchen utensils very limited, we had to contact to get extra spoons and plates. Kitchen light wasn’t working and wasn’t repaired in 6 days. ”

“The communication about the direction. Advise to be more in details. Took 45 mints to search. But the apartment overall were great and will come back. ”
