“Everything is excellent and perfect”

“The room is a total disaster. Broke and battered. Worst Scenario ever faced! Nightmare! Broken everything, the drapes, the electric wall plug were without surface plates exposing the socket , only one socket works out of 2! The shower slide door won’t slide, walls were dirty with lumpy paint tears down the wall. Furniture were aged and dirty and shinny from aged grease rubbing on it. Fabric were vintage and old. Flooring was dull and old . Insufficient lighting. Worst if worst experience!”

“Worked for what we needed. a safe quiet place whilst man was away working.”

“The hotel has always been quiet when I was there and clean. I had read a review that someone said there was a bunch of homeless people around I did not experience that. Like every other major city there are a lot of homeless in general in Anchorage but this area does not have high concentration of them from what I have seen. The doors are kept locked this is not something that bothered me I travel by myself so I was fine with that. This hotel is clean relatively new the staff is friendly and……

“We found boogers on the beg frame and bug on the bed. This is extremely disgusting and disappointed. ”

“The staff made mistakes in their work and were extremely irresponsible. Because they forgot to record their arrival one day late, they cancelled the whole trip and sold the room.”

“The day we checked in and as we almost made it to our room, the fire alarm went off. With luggage in hand we ran down the stairs and found the outdoor exit with another guest. We made our way to the front of the building and learned it was a false alarm, thank goodness. Anyway, fun times :-) The staff is wonderful and kind. Breakfast was wonderful with optoons to have omelets made the way you want, and pancakes too. Our room was clean and quite. Overall, great stay.”
