“I stay in this hotel for business trip over 5 times. Everything is nice. But, my key card got problem to enter my room 5 nights in my stay period of 7 nights. ”

“今回泊まった部屋は、洗面器の水捌けが悪く溜まったままになり不快だった。またシャワーカーテンはしてるものの、床に飛び散った水が排水溝まで逆行でこれも床に溜まったままだった。以前泊まった部屋は良かったから残念”

“部屋は非常に優れてよい！ チェックアウトの手続き時に順番待ちを飛ばされたのでコンシェルジュのレベルが低いと思った”

“共用エリアが暑い。7時頃からどこかの部屋で工事をしていてうるさい。ルームチャージができないのが面倒くさい。大浴場があるのは嬉しいが、9時で終わるので早い。”

“If I know the Ibis Hotel here has such an un Ibis Hotel standard .. I would not waste my money to stay here for sure... 1. The hotel is pretty dark from the outside and even the driver barely can see any signs that light up to show the hotel name and directions. 2. I am guessing that this hotel is not a new hotel, since there is many signs of abandoned spots like broken glass on the security post and many that maybe don't have to state one by one.. 3. Breakfast, this is upsetting ..……

“被子及床單有點污漬，但是少睡起來至少不會讓皮膚敏感的我覺得癢或不舒服，早餐樣式不多，個人覺得普通。設施方面有烤箱、sap池、泳池及健身房，有幾個缺點，泳池不是特別乾淨，不知道是不是在頂樓的關係，sap池是冷的，或許是讓烤箱完去泡的冷池，這部分我不清楚，如果有冷熱池會更好 ”

“酒店很舊，很多東西房間內都沒有，又連接另一間房門，晚上睡得很不放心。有一晚更停電3秒，但都很嚇人”

“as a whole, we are satisfied with their service. we checked in late (say 1:00a.m.) and they are still happy to serve us. Breakfast good for us and have good choices. Room service of good good taste. English not easy to communicate but it is ok ”

“Customer service is top-notch, kudos to the team! Especially recommended for Japanese-speaking guests. Very quiet room, best if you're a business traveler seeking quiet environment. ”
