“It was a very nice and peaceful stay. There isn’t a tv but there was board games and a river right in the back yard so need for a tv! Was able to spend quality time with the family with no electronics in the way! Perfect little get away! ”

“Location was easy to get to and close to Murphy and all surrounding stores. House was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. Property was really nice and the sound of the river was very soothing. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Take a flash light for letting dogs out at night. Although house and property itself are well lit, everything to the right and left of house is very dark. Everything needed was provided (linens, TP, paper towels, dishes, espresso and regular coffee machines, toaster,……

“The location was fabulous with easy access to the river. We took a 1 1/2 hour kayak run using the owners kayaks and ending right at the house. Fabulous! The interior was the cleanness we’ve ever experienced with any short term rental. The decor is not our style. There was a lot of what we think is excess furniture and decor items. The location right on the river and cleanliness of the interior including no dust even on all that decor made it well worth the slight nuances with the dated……

“Beautiful home, comfortable beds, this home is well stocked with just about anything you could think you might need and many things I would not have thought of but was glad they did! Loved the sound from the waterfall from the screened in porch, I spent every morning out there enjoying my coffee and listening. We found many local things to do and we took a day trip to Chattanooga which was fun. Thanks for hosting such a lovely property!”

“Highly recommend Trout Haven. We had 7 in our group and the cabin was perfect. Plenty of family time but also opportunities for privacy or going off in smaller groups. The cabin is beautiful and had everything we needed. The river was so relaxing and the sound of it from the porch was wonderful. Communications with the owner were easy and everything went very smoothly. It was our second visit and we hope to go back. ”

“Beautiful cabin 10mins from Mercier Orchards. Good location. Exactly like the photos. Plenty of space. Enjoyed the hot tub and spending time on the deck facing the taccao river. Good communication from host. ”
