The bedrooms are all upstairs, the beds very comfortable. 2 bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs. “We had a great time! Our expectations were exceeded everywhere, the house, the dock, the outdoor patio, everywhere. The house was very clean and the furniture very comfortable. The gas grill that connected to the gas line was so convenient, no need to worry about needing a propane exchange. The dock had plenty of seating and space, it’s where we spent the majority of our time. We would absolutely book this house again!”

We were very comfortable with all basic needs provided for (soap, trash bags, cooking essentials, toilet paper, sheets/towels, wi-fi, etc.). The location was excellent for traveling into downtown, the UTK campus, and for visiting with our family in the Knoxville area. The hosts are quick to respond and communicate well.
