“I first fell in love with the property while looking on line for a place to stay. It was cute, had antiques and was large enough for all 5 of us. We could even bring the dog! Once we drove ip to the property, I knew this would be a magical place. A quaint yellow cottage with teacup in the name. How could we go wrong? The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of everything. “Great location in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Everything was neat, clean, and comfortable. Really enjoyed having our coffee on the front porch!The only note is that the clothes dryer took multiple cycles to dry a load. Otherwise, everything was terrific.Would definitely book again for future Knoxville visits. ”

The grounds were overrun with grass and weeds and with the amount of trash (including broken glass and some very unhygienic items that I won’t mention) in the backyard, we couldn’t let our dog back there, even on a leash.
