Bless his heart I changed my start date at the last minute without difficulty. I also early on extended my stay by one day because of a family outting and he was very accommodating. Then I had to leave abruptly due to problems at home and forgot a power cord and he agreed to mail it to me graciously. What……

“This place was great in every way. The communication was great and made everything super easy and convenient. The location is also perfect. The Property was very clean and had everything you would possibly need. We have gone a few times to different places over the last year as our daughter started college and I am sure we found our go to place for future visits. It’s not often that you can’t find one negative thing to say at all but this is one of those times. You definitely won’t regret……

“We came to visit our son at UTK and go to a game with two other families. The house was amazing and exceeded our ecxpectations. The host, Bret, was communicative and informative throughout the booking and even welcomed us with a lovely note, cheese board and bottle of wine. Wow! It was the icing on the cake for an amazing weekend. Not to mention the house was beautiful, clean, comfortable and great location. We will definitely be back!”
