“This is our second time staying at Uncle Toms cabin in Townsend. This cabin has a great location, secluded but also close to Maryville and the Park and minutes from Cades Cove. The cabin is clean, beautifully decorated, comes with essentials you might need if you forgot something. The owner Derek is very responsive, and always makes sure your stay is a wonderful experience. We can’t wait to book next years trip with Mountain Mist ”

“The property was clean and well-appointed, and the communication was great. Loved being in Townsend, the peaceful side. The property was "private" in that there were trees between our cabin and the several others all around us, but it wasn't secluded or remote. There was a party at the cabin next to us one night that we could hear from our bedroom. The beds and pillows weren't very comfortable, and the downstairs bathroom door only stayed closed with a lock that was 6' off the ground so kids……

“Beautiful, peaceful gated community. Very clean spacious apartment, all as described.Being from the UK we were disappointed that there was no tea kettle, and a Keurig coffee maker seems to be the norm in most places we have stayed, so that would have been convenient.The Wi-Fi detail provided was incorrect, but we managed to figure it out. The 10 digit door code caused us an issue on entering the property a couple of time, but was ok once we got the hang of it.All in all, a great place to stay,……

“This cabin nestled in the woods was perfect. Very well appointed and all of our needs were met. Our dogs also loved it because there was woods that they could run around in and jump on boulders and have fun. Our host was very warm and communicated promptly and offered a very easy check in and check out. The house is very close to restaurants, Cades Cove and the park itself. We’re already planning a fall trip to The Cove! ”

“Beautiful lodge and property. I was looking for something tucked in the mountains that would accomodate my dog. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Mountain cabin was clean and very comfortable. Got some.nreakfsst sandwiches in the morning, amd the biscuits were delicious.
